"Called them up, asked if they were able to do ID Verification, told yup no worries come in no problem. If its busy you'll just jave to wait a bit. Go in, asks the pharmacist in front of me and she says "maybe if it was one or two", then tells me she can't do any. Not even the one or two I JUST heard her say. Tells me to go to a pharmacy with more pharmacists. How in the heck am I supposed to know that?"

"Got check-in shamed this morning trying to fill a script for my asthma in a breathless rush before work. Then got the go-slow treatment, she asked for my Medicare card etc. when she should have known better. First question should have be 'are you a UFS member?' (I am). It's not hard. Glad to say the pharmacist overheard and kindly sped up my prescription."
