At R.J. Galleries, we not only offer an impressive selection of antiques but also provide excellent quality furniture restoration and repairs. Our skilled craftsmen can fix broken and damaged furniture, as well as refinish surfaces. While we primarily use the traditional method of French Polishing on our antiques, we also offer other finishes to suit your preferences.

Please note that we only offer pickup and delivery services for smaller furniture within the Ballarat area, with an additional charge of $50 on top of any repair fees. For larger items such as tables, bookcases, and beds, we kindly ask that you bring them to our location. Delicate items, including crystal cabinets, should also be personally transported.

Although we do not offer upholstery services, we can recommend an excellent upholsterer if needed. Additionally, if you require clock repairs, we can assess the approximate cost once we have evaluated the clock. For customers in the Ballarat region, there is a $50 charge for pick up, delivery, and setup. Please inquire about costs if you live outside of Ballarat. However, if you drop off and pick up your clock yourself, this charge does not apply. In the event that we are unable to fix your clock, we can provide recommendations for clock repairers in Melbourne.
