"I’ve just come back from the UK and I had a wonderful nail girl there I recently went to another nail specialist but then I got recommended to Ruby nails… This is my second time and using them and I have been going to a girl called Allly She is brilliant my nails look amazing and she’s very friendly I would highly recommend her I went there today and I was toying between two colours and she recommended me a fantastic colour and I absolutely love it…"
"I have tried this nail salon today and from first minute I felt very unwelcome there. The girls there seem to have no idea about customer service. I did acrylic nail extension and wasn’t happy with service either, after my comment girl started make excuses and got angry nervous and even colder with me. I felt very uncomfortable and not able to communicate my needs as a client. I don’t recommend this service."
