"Owners are bonkers. The most unorganized people I have ever encountered in my life too boot. They have 3 routes and 3 posties and for some unknown reason reason they rotate them so they are forever buggering it up. Their equipment is outdated to say the least. They have little to no grasp of the technology they do have. They are callous with peoples mail and parcels."
"Worst customer service ever! As someone who has worked in retail I can tell you the lady that works here has terrible customer service skills. My dad and I came here to buy something that was advertised in the Aus post catalogue, they didn’t have it in the store but she did say we could order it in. While the man helped dad with the ordering process the lady proceeded to tell the other worker that “people need to learn that we can’t just order things in.” Which was extremely rude and off putting. I hear she’s the way she is because she’s drunk all the time. Anyway I’d avoid this place and go to either white hills or Huntly."
