"I went into this store, 3 people their all on the phone, eventually one chap decides to serve me and I tell him what I'm looking for. He then says, go on line and get the part number and come back. I then describe the part to him. He then says, "I'm too busy to help you with this" Must be nice, BNT are too busy to help their customers. I usually buy my get my oil & filters from BNT. I won't be back."
