When it comes to our coffee, we go above and beyond to source our beans as directly and sustainably as possible. We pay above market rate for our coffee beans, with the additional premium reinvested in various initiatives that not only improve the quality of the beans but also the lives of the farmers who grow them. Our coffee is roasted just a short drive from our cafe, using the renowned Diedrich IR24 and IR3 roasting machines. These machines utilize infrared burners, providing perfect heat distribution and precise temperature control, resulting in the perfect cup of coffee for you to enjoy.

Just like our coffee, all our teas are organic and sourced ethically and sustainably. We believe in providing you with a wide selection of high-quality beverages that are not only delicious but also environmentally friendly.

In our commitment to protect and improve the environment, we have gone plastic-free. Our coffee cups, as well as our disposable cutlery, plates, and bowls, are fully biodegradable.
