"Was treated like a criminal for trying to purchase OTC throat medication my doctor recommended. Didn't know a pharmacy clerk knows better than my doctor and the TGA. Good work treating somebody suffering from the flu like human garbage. Called up another Terry White in a different suburb and they informed me the "professionals" here were completely wrong and shouldn't have treated me that way. Luckily an independent pharmacy had their head screwed on properly and could help me. Support local business, not these people who treat an obviously ill person like trash after ignoring them for 25 minutes."
"Very professional, knowledgeable and great layout. Had flu and whooping cough vaccine. Great pharmacy close to hospital as well as gift options. Thank you"
"Great service both with pharmacies items general goods in store.Nothing seems to be a problem with the staff. The staff knowledge on stock is very reassuring . A+ service."
"Don’t go to this chemist. Went in to buy the Whooping cough booster. The pharmacist took me to the counter and I asked “what do I do with this now?” (as in, where do I take it to get administered). She just starred at me, refusing to reply. I then said “Where do I go to get the vaccine put in my arm?” and she passively aggressively replied “to another chemist or nurse” and didn’t expand. She clearly didn’t want to help me - strange considering she handed me a vaccine, you would think with that kind of medicine you would want to give clear instructions. I was not sure whether or not I was meant to keep it in the fridge - I asked one of my friends who’s a nurse and she said she didn’t think so and to just keep it away from direct heat. When I went to get it administered the next day at a doctor’s surgery, the vaccine had died and I had to purchase another one. It was a costly 24hrs. I went back to the pharmacy and explained the situation. The lady made sure to finish her conversation with her colleague before helping me. She said that they would’ve given me the proper instructions and I explained that they didn’t and she told me I was wrong. The pharmacist refused to give me any kind of refund and they gave me a form to claim it on tax - which I can’t do because it was for personal reasons, not work. Very rude and nasty experience."
"Really knowledgeable pharmacist and exceptionally helpful staffs. We (my daughter and I) went to store to grab some medicines, in and out for 10minutes, impressive efficient service. They have won me over and definitely see me again! 10/10 for absolutely amazing service!"
