"Went to buy some shoes for my partner for his birthday and the store manager on at 11am on Sunday 23rd of April did not say a word to me when I was standing at the counter and she was behind the desk and then she refused to give me a gift receipt. I asked before the purchase if a gift receipt was possible and she said yes. Then I saw her put the receipt inside the box with the price on and asked if that was the gift Receipt and she said yes. Then I asked if I could have a gift receipt cause that receipt had the price on and she said no they do not do that and you need an account for the exchange of an item. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful the entire time and I am gutted as I have spent a lot of money here in the past and have never had such a bad experience like this before."
"Ordered online. Shoes come scuffed. They weren't new so had to take them back. Avoid Hannah's/number one shoes. Like anything else in new Zealand they think it's acceptable to trade 2nds as new."
