"Awful experience multiple times, once had a delivery order show up a hour and half late but it showed as delivered well before it had arrived, tried calling the store with no answer when it had eventually arrived everything was stone cold which was a complete waste of my time and money which I never got back for this horrible service. Ordered again today because it won’t let order from any other store for delivery, it was still 15mins late from the times I was told at least the food was still somewhat warm but the bloody pizza hadn’t even been cut and I requested to leave at the door with no contact delivery due to a jumpy cat but the driver failed to read the instructions and proceeded to arrive blasting music, stomp up the stairs and bang on the door. Most awful service I’ve seen from anywhere, if you want edible and warm food to be delivered on time and the delivery instructions to be followed and at least have the pizza cut up go literally anywhere else in Wellington"
"Horrific experience. Good took 1.5 hours to come. Had to chance multiple times to follow as said it had left at 20mins on the app. They never knew where it was. Eventually I was hung up on and when tried to call again they didn’t pick up. My friend had to call and surprisingly they picked up straight away. Hung up on him so we had to use another phone.. it finally arrived cold. But we didn’t turn it away as by now we were upset, tired and too hungry to have to order from somewhere. No offer of compensation. Worst experience with fast food I’ve ever experienced. Lost a loyal customer today and reading other reviews this is a common occurrence at this store"
"Horrible experience ordering delivery!!! Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Supposed to be delivered 40 minutes ago, no contact from them about a delay… no driver, no food. When I finially got through to speak to someone over the phone after 20 min of trying… they had no idea. They asked me to wait another 20 minutes. The reason I ordered as I was tired after long day and really didn’t Intended to stay up all night to wait for pizza and drink. Never again. Ps. If they told me I would have order elsewhere and had a good night with other food. This way obviously, I’m just upset and hungry. Thanks!"

Four months later and still no refund, attempts to call the store are barred by managers never being in and when they are, they pretend they can't hear me and hang up. "“We shouldn’t deliver to you because of your stairs so feel lucky” The delivery driver demonstrated a hostile attitude towards me simply because she had to deliver the order up the stairs to my location my front door. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling quite dissatisfied with the overall service. To address the issue, I attempted to contact the store multiple times regarding the problem. Unfortunately, they did not answer my calls initially. Frustrated with the lack of response, I decided to take away my caller ID and call again. Surprisingly, they picked up the call only when my identity was concealed. This lack of promptness and responsiveness is certainly not the kind of service one expects, and it makes me doubtful that my complaint will be effectively addressed. Furthermore, upon receiving the order, I noticed that one of the pizzas, specifically the New Yorker, had a significant lack of cheese. The photo I have attached clearly shows that most of the cheese was missing. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the pizza. Such a mistake is unacceptable, particularly in the current economy where every dollar counts. To add insult to injury, when I expressed my concerns to the Domino's staff, I was told that in the future, they would not be able to deliver to me due to the presence of stairs. This response is both shocking and disheartening. As a regular customer Given the combined issues of the hostile attitude of the delivery driver, the lack of responsiveness from the store, the poor quality of the pizza, and the unprofessional response regarding future deliveries, I have decided not to patronize Domino's Pizza again. Such a disappointing experience is not worth the time and money. I hope that Domino's Newtown takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service to provide a better experience for their customers."
