"If I could give this place a zero I would. Honestly, it was the worst service I've ever experienced. Customer service where ? The man was just rude. Wasn't willing to barter letalone come out of the office. I get it was spitting rain. Not to mention, he made us carry the product we were looking at purchasing back where we got it from. There was no help at all. We went to the office and asked where something was and got a quick instruction and a pointed finger. That was literally the end of the discussion. We often go to second-hand places, and they're always happy to have a chat and a barter! Isn't that the whole aspect of secondhand shops ? A smile or a simple conversation wouldn't have gone astray."
