"Sale on Diesel shoes. Made a purchase. Display pair arrived, with one faded shoe. Asked for replacement, no stock, offered a store credit. Little ownership to put right. Your reply is a cop out. Throwing up policy and making your failure my problem is poor and lacks ownership. You made the mistake. Not the manufacturer. You. You packed damaged display goods and shipped them to me as a new product. Where was that advertised? Your then failed to even check them. Secondly, your initial response did not offer a refund. It offered a store credit note. Then you backtracked when I pushed back. Yet you still make it my problem to ship them back to you. Like I said. Lesson learned, not worth the risk buying goods from your business again in future. Case n point, thanks for demonstrating that in your response!"
