"Really bad experience in the store. Bought shoes from the outlet store, the leather inside started coming off after wearing the shoes just once. Like the feet, had leather all over them. The people in store were extremely rude. Straight away the person in the store started saying that we have worn the shoes for a very long time. Interestingly when we had raised the same issue when buying them, we were told that is what the style is like. The invoice for the shoes has a date of 4th of june. Still after wearing just once we were blame to be liars. Not buying anything from the brand again. The whole interaction felt very race driven. Extremely upsetting. Very unlike New Zealand. This feels like a disadvantage of living in north shore. Amazingly enough they offer lifetime warranty on their shoes and even when the leather comes off from wearing them just once they still believe the shoes are not faulty. In response to the comment: First of all, the way the interaction was handled was poor. There was no understanding or empathy shown by anyone in the store. Rather the staff in store made accusations on us. Doesn`t matter how big a deal you give us, I am not paying whatever amount to be accused from your staff. I can return you the store credit and all the shoes we bought, Can you take the bad experience away? Or Is everything down to an amount of money or a deal? Just to give an example of the ignorance, the name is "Gaurav" not "Guarav"."
