"We called wanting them to install our baby seat with a matter of urgency as our baby came unexpectedly early.. All we got was a rude lady saying that they are booked out for 1 week and couldn't spare 5 minutes to help us out as a favour. I asked them if there is anyone else in town who can do it and they said that they don't know of anyone (they know for sure who else does it). I found out that Ford also do this in Albert Street and went in to them on the same day. They saved the day and were absolutely fantastic! Go to Ford instead!"
