"Bit disappointed got there at 2 o'clock sat down and what looked like our car was sitting in the car park, I went to the desk and asked if the car was ready and was told it would be ready at 2.30. At 3 o'clock we got the invoice and paid was told the car was in car park when we got there our car was the one that had been parked there all along so I don't know when the car was finished but didn't get a phone call to say the car was ready and sat there for an waiting to pay bill. PRETTY POOR TOYOTA BALLARAT. I'M glad the car performs better than front staff of Toyota mechanics"
"I came from geelong to get my gearbox issue looked at and a service, they took their time to actually listen to me, didnt flog me off, didnt give me a run about - they diagnosed the issue and returned the car to me fixed and undamaged (unlike blood toyota) I am more than happy with their service and the front counter staff are super helpful and genuine Ill be using this crew for as long as i have my hilux - cheers!"
