"I had an IUD insertion done and through research POST procedure I realised I should have been provided with adequate pain relief. I was under 18 and the most painful experience I have ever endured. I think medical practices need to be held accountable for putting women through this without pain relief, we aren’t medieval times and I was never told pain relief was recommended or even an option. Prior to insertion I got told the pain would be like “a pinch” absolutely unacceptable and I hope in future you don’t treat other women the way you treated me."
"Yeah look... I haven't had any dramas with this establishment and the staff there! You don't normally have to wait too long. I've been there quite a few times over the years! In terms of doctors, they are all pretty good but I like Kat and Dr. McAlpine. Excellent location and a brilliant and necessary addition to Strathfieldsaye!"
