"After recently going to this place to have a rubber boot fitted I was very disappointed. I arrived to pick up the car, it was being road tested. 15 minutes is a little long for a road test, I thought. I discovered later another day, today, that they had removed another part of my car, "because I didn't use it". You don't just take someone's bits of their car and keep them, assuming they don't use it . Sometimes I don't use the radio, or rear doors, but all would look weird without them. Don't go in the office if you have asthma, as very strongly stinks of cigarette smoke. This is just my experience here."
