Reviews
"I guess the lady that serves my hot chocolate woke up on the other side of the bed. Very sarcastic and rude. I ask for soy hot chocolate, instead she gave me full cream hot chocolate. I guess she needed a break from her job. Disappointing, as some of the cashier there before were nice and friendly."
"Avoid at all costs. I called in to order a coffee before my train arrived, received the worst customer service from a woman working there. (I believe her name is Nancy) No greeting, aggressively putting my order through the register and just straight up being ignorant. No idea how she has a job there, needs to be fired or given a serious lecture on customer service. Also the coffee was rubbish too. Not good enough. Won’t be back!"
"Food is very tacky. Paper microwaved onto egg and bacon sogg. Everything is repeatability bad. Have gone back a few times to see if it's just irregular, but conclude it's consistency low-grade. Needs someone who cares to read these reviews and make some tweaks...would be humming in a few days."
"Went to have a coffee today with my friend and the barista or whoever is in there today had a bad hissy fit when I asked for 2 sugars on my coffee. And then she started banging things when I ask to be extra hot as it is SO COLD today. My friend however asked for just normal temp and she still got her like a volcanic hot. We couldn't drink it at all because it taste so bad. DO NOT GO HERE. Just go to the cafe in front of the station in LOLA. Btw such a disgusting behaviour"
"Not sure what the person working there's problem is, but maybe she needs to find a job not around people. I asked if something has meat in it (because so often I have ordered something similar only to find it has bacon pieces in it - not that I need to justify asking a question about an ingredient in food), and her response was glaring and answering sarcastically. When I stated that there was no need to be so rude, she slammed down the coffee filter on the counter with so much force that I just walked out telling her I no longer wanted the coffee. I've worked in customer service, I understand that customers are annoying sometimes, but her actions in no way lined up with the question. She was outright nasty and cold, and from reading other complaints on Google, I can only assume she still has a job because she owns or manages the place, or they're desperate for staff."
