Speaking of appointments, we offer appointments from Monday to Friday at the Benalla Community Care Centre. To book an appointment or gather more information, simply give us a call at 03 5761 4500. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you.

We also offer various group programs to cater to your specific needs. Our First Time Parents Group is open to all first-time parents and runs once a week over eight weeks. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn, ask questions, exchange ideas, and meet other new parents who are going through similar experiences.

For dads, we have a special First Time Parents Group facilitated by Daniel King, a social worker, Julia Lamb, a nurse/paramedic, and one of our maternal and child health nurses. This group covers a range of topics over five weeks, including important subjects like CPR and Childhood Illnesses. Sessions typically run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with the exception of the CPR and Childhood Illnesses session, which extends until 8pm.
