"Tanya is a wonderful receptionist and always lovely to deal with when she was in the lowndes Street clinic. Irnini has been wonderful with my children and I for the last couple of year's, she is always giving a warm welcome to other patients (especially the little kids), which is always beautiful to see in a GP. She is always kind, friendly and tries to help where she can. I can't fault her."

"Many disappointments and misinformation dealing with this clinic! I’d like it known that after being charged for a phone consultation ; one booked for reasons clear to receptionist day before that was told by Dr that she couldn’t issue referral without F2F appointment ; well I’ve spoken to Medicare and phone appointments since July 22 are acceptable if one has seen Dr F2F within previous year ( which I had ) But now I’ve had to postpone an important specialist appt due to this Dr refusing to do the referral via phone appointment You should educate yourselves to better serve your the vulnerable who book in Glad I’ve moved away and will see new Dr"

"Called clinic to arrange a phone consult for a repeat prescription. An appointment was confirmed for 11.10am the following day. At 12.11pm I call the clinic to advise I haven't had my appointment and the receptionist question's me with "oh, haven't you heard from the doctor yet?" I'd hardly be calling to advise them I haven't heard from the doctor if I actually had! Finally get my phone appointment at 12.32pm. Phone appointment lasts 6 minutes and 2 seconds of which alot was silent, obviously checking my history (new doctor) and referring to me as "love". I'm guessing this is done to justify their fee of $52.00 Call clinic back to enquire if I am entitled to any rebate from Medicare and receptionist says, "I think about $20.00." Wouldn't you think they would know what rebates apply? I would like to send them an invoice for my time that I wasted waiting for my scheduled appointment!"

"Sometimes great, some wonderful doctors particularly those who are contractors. However, had a very bad experience with a doctor there who is supposed to be a mental health expert as she fired straight in from the hip with questions at my child about suicide. We left quickly. Other doctors are very professional and kind. The office staff are patchy. Some great, some very disengaged with the clients."
