At our main office in Galkangu - Bendigo GovHub on 189-229 Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo, our team is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (excluding public holidays). We encourage you to give us a call first, as we may be able to assist you over the phone and save you a visit.

For those in the Heathcote area, we also have a service centre located at 125 High Street. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm (closed 12:30-1:30 pm, excluding public holidays).

We understand the importance of effective communication, which is why we offer the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) National. This service, provided by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, assists individuals who do not speak English and English speakers who need to communicate with them. With over 30 years of experience, TIS National has access to over 2400 contracted interpreters across Australia, fluent in more than 160 languages and dialects. They are available 24/7 for any person or organization in need of interpreting services, offering immediate telephone interpreting as well as pre-booked telephone and on-site interpreting.

Our commitment to providing equitable access to information and services for all customers is reflected in our use of the Communication Access Symbol. When you see this symbol, it means that the business or service you are visiting is communication accessible. To assist those who may have difficulty communicating, we provide non-electronic communication aids at our service centres. These aids include images of commonly asked questions, a keyboard for typing queries, and information on interpreter assistance for language barriers. Our trained Customer Service staff use these aids to ensure the best possible outcomes for our valued customers.
