"I started treatment in 2021 and advised that I liked my front gap the way it was but all my other teeth were to be straightened which they said would be no problem. Each appointment I was asked if I was sure I wanted the gap, each time I said yes. By the end of the treatment my gap was much larger and I expressed at my final appointments that I was unhappy but kept getting push back that they couldn't do anything to fix it and I felt like the ortho would not listen and just rush off. As I moved out of the Bendigo area I found the appointment times that were offered in advance were continually inconvenient (midweek), and reception were very obviously annoyed when I would ask to reschedule or for times that would be more suitable, and I would have to express that I didn't care if I had to wait and prolong my treatment. I am now about four months post removal and my bottom wire has already broken off and I have followed all instructions. There is a very visible mark left on one of my teeth and the top wire is sticking out so much that I am aware of it at all times. I am getting it all fixed with a local ortho and consulting about having my gap fixed. Overall not a very positive experience."

"My daughter has had a great result with Dr Tissa, however our experience has been very poor with reception. I know some receptionists have a bad reputation but the one there takes it to the next level. Extremely rude and self-righteous, you would think she knew more than the orthodontist. Trying to reschedule an appointment and you would think it was a major inconvenience to her, so, so rude. Dr Tissa please give your staff proper customer service training, my family absolutely dread going in there and I cannot recommend Bee Happy to anyone because of this older receptionist - dreadful"

"Several years ago I was treated here. The treatment was not as effective as the orthodontist had said it would be. Instead of admitting deficiency in his ingenious methods, he implied that I must be lying about following his prescribed treatment. I think this is a good example of the arrogant expert – if his faultless work is ever below standard then it must be the pleb who has spoiled it. Sometimes I lie awake at night and recall this memory of being falsely accused, and I cringe."

"Bee Happy has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. From the very beginning just having our son's free assessment, through to almost 2yrs of oral care has been wonderful. We have always been treated with kindness, respect, courtesy and protected through the country's covid pandemic. Our son required braces quite badly and received top care in the very capable hands of Dr. Tissa, to the tune of having his braces off 6 months earlier than originally anticipated! We have never been charged a cent over our agreed/quoted price for the course of our son's treatment and have always been accommodated when any emergencies popped up. Dr Tissa and his team have been absolutely wonderful every single step of the way and we couldn't recommend (or thank!) them highly enough! Keep up the great work Bee Happy! "I had braces with Bee Happy for 4 years and it was a terrible experience. They brought in one of my teeth that had been further back in my mouth backwards. The orthodontist seemed surprised at the time when he realised and I said to him "does that matter," and he said, "oh not really". It's still like that today and it has a concave surface rather than round like the other teeth. So it does matter to me. My orthodontist also shifted the centre line of my front teeth so it's off centre. Even after four years and thousands of dollars they couldn't get my teeth straight and there are also some gaps between them. The receptionist was also very rude to us on multiple occasions. She always booked my appointments too far apart, say 6 weeks instead of 3-4, apparently because there were too many patients. This is why I was stuck with braces for 4 years, killing my confidence as a teenager and young adult. Bee Happy is like a braces factory, they have too many patient to do their job well and all they want is your money. Don't ever trust them! I received nothing but bad service. Bee Happy, if you read this, I'd love to be compensated for the waste of my money, time, and the damage you caused me as a teenager."
