"Lash Lift was high and lasted 3.5 weeks-ish. Thought it was cool how she measured rods to get the best result. Really enjoyed the results. Would go again, but... I understand things happen, but if you're planning things around an appointment here, maybe provide extra time to be lost here. My experience was pretty poor in my opinion. My 12:45 booked treatment was pushed back 15 minutes due to a therapist down. I had a second appointment close by at 2, the treatment was 50 minutes, cutting it close but still very manageable. I didn't bring up my time rush because I didn't want a dodgey job that this treatment could entail if the therapist feels rushed. I wasn't taken in till 1:10 due to prolonged service to the previous client. Once in, my therapist was taken away for 2 minutes with a walk-in, she was back maybe 3 minutes before another walk-in took her away for like 10 minutes or so, at this point minimal treatment had been done. Would've been more accepting had it been at a point where we were waiting on a treatment to "work" but I had barely started so it was a waste of time. Within this time, a baby was crying profusely and another therapist had finished with her client but it still took longer than I'd have expected for a handover for my therapist to come back to me. Finished at 2:15, so it did take like 50 minutes but because of all the interruptions and lack of organisation, missed my second appointment. Was quite disappointed by that. I understand I never explained the time restrictions, but I should've made my second appointment without having to. I would revisit the clinic, I did love my results, my therapist did a great job, probably just a day of bad luck. But hope a potential next visit is a bit more time conscious."
