"Rather quiet spot, which I do not mind. Came twice in one day due to coming through both times on a trip in and out of Ballarat. Breakfast burger was nice and tasted fresh. Later in the day I got the chicken tenders and waffle fries, both were great and came with good customer service. Tables have chargers, and bathrooms were clean. Overall great fast food restaurant with nice facilities."
"i placed an uber order and rang up to inform about allergy information just to make sure, and was greeted with just a "hey" before being rudely hung up on because it was hard to hear me with their background noise. i wasnt unable to be heard because she did repeat some things back to me, then hung up. then i received a totally different order. i tried ringing 6 times and they were uncontactable."
"Can't complain about any of the experience. Service was good. Food was acceptable. Atmosphere felt a bit sterile but was much better presented than many other fast food chains. Very clean and comfortable."
"Food quality is the only saving grace. Order took more than 25 minutes to be served. 2 out of 3 meals were served incorrectly and the 3rd burger wasn't ready yet. Kids cheeseburger with no mustard or pickles came out with mustard, pickles and no tomato sauce. Got a replacement made which still came out with pickles! Kids sundae ice-cream was served straight away and was basically already a liquid let alone after eating the meals. Ordered a ice cream cookie sandwich for my daughter which never came and when asked about it there were none available. I was never asked if I wanted a refund and she was given a single cookie as a 'replacement'; this was also stale. The store wasn't exactly the cleanest either. Safe to say we're pretty disappointed; we'd been here before and left full and happy. We won't be coming back anytime soon."
"Edit second review: just tried ordering again thinking maybe my luck would be better... Same as before. Food was disgusting, the bacon on one of the burgers was almost black, items missing from the order. Unacceptable, the manager needs to have a meeting with staff about food quality and rushing through orders. Do better guys. This was my last try, i wont get food here again, the lack of quality is constant each time. Previous review from first order: Usually love their burgers when delivered but when i went tonight to grab some myself i was so disappointed when i got home. The bread was hard like it was stale and the patty was cooked beyond meat.. The whole thing was cruddy and dry. not happy :("
