"Ordered a pulled pork and a Minced beef Burito, the girl at the counter even asked if the 2nd was to be pulled pork when I ordered the Minced beef. We had the beef swapped for pulled pork Recieved a Minced beef, and a beef, had paid the extra for a beef Minced beef, 7/10, pretty good, not great. Pulled pork, 2/10 at best, flavourless, just tasted like old, reheated roast pork, both of us tried it and couldn't eat it. Chips had good flavour but were soggy. I'd only tried tacos before, IF I ever go vack, that's all it will be for"
"Went through the drive through, took an incredible amount of time ~25 min (may have been a large order up ahead). However, they had run out of certain meats so we had to change our order at the next window. This order change then didn't respect the gluten free dietary and a burrito was given, which was not what we wanted to order. Did not go back due to the queue increasing by triple fold."
"Absolutely disappointed with the service. The young girls working need to be respectful of their customers and get people's orders CORRECT. When I ask for a slow cooked beef enchilada I expected to given a slow cooked beef enchilada and NOT a grounded beef enchilada which made me very sick. Seeing as though the past 2 times my order has been WRONG , I will not be back! ( when ordering through the app allow at least 20 minutes to half an hour as nothing is ever ready on time )"
"The food is tasty pretty decent value. But the amount of times the orders are incorrect is ridiculous. Staff consistently manage to miss something in almost every one of my orders. Recent orders include a missing ice cream. Missing bacon in a breakfast bowl. Missing Nacho chips in the breakfast order. Missing hash brown. No fork to eat my bowl? Some staff are forgetting to simply repeat the order back to customers and making unnecessary mistakes. So the food is good, but some staff have room to improve."
"Great mexican food, atmosphere is great, just begging for a work party or Friday catch up with friends. Or if you're getting takeaway, quick and efficient service. Well worth a munch, esp the mushroom burrito!"
