"One female staff is very rude and does not know how to talk in a calm manner if she cant be nice to people. This lady have been rude to me before and I kept it. Today my experience is on the next level. Went there brought something and quickly used their provided pen as there were no customers. I am almost finished when another customer comes over & wants to use the pen too. The lady asked the customer to wait in line I assume due to 1.5 meter distancing requirement implemented around, when the lady realized it was not their lotto entry form I am writing on she goes on loudly to say I am not supposed to use their pen in a very rude way. I only responded to her that i brought something in their store and I am only using the pen very quickly. I left the store very emotional and feels intimidated. Though the other two regular staff in there are lovely, I am definitely not going back there ever again."
