"Went in this morning to purchase a card. Get to the checkout and got greeted with “are you guys done”. I wouldn’t be at the checkout if I wasn’t. I asked “is there a minimum for eftpos” the ladies response was “well do you have a dollar” I did… on my card that’s why I asked if there was a minimum. Wouldn’t hurt to have some extra training in customer service. Didn’t even get a simple “hello” when we were the only customers in the store."
