ALE Clothing & Signs has a rich history that dates back to January 1995 when we first established ourselves on James Street. From a small 42 square meter area, we quickly became the most innovative embroidery business in Toowoomba and the surrounding districts. With state-of-the-art digitizing software, we expanded rapidly by creating innovative logos and reproducing them into quality embroidered logos on polos, workwear, and caps.

As our clientele base grew, so did our need for space. In 2000, we relocated to Water Street South, where we acquired a 465 square meter premises and added two six-head embroidery machines and six dedicated employees. This allowed us to take on clothing contracts nationwide and expand into the sign-writing arena. With highly skilled staff, we were able to provide top-notch signage services to our clothing clientele.

In 2004, we invested in one of Toowoomba's first wide format digital printers, enabling us to supply quality signage at affordable prices. As the sign department flourished, we required even more space. We acquired a further 440 square meter workshop adjoining the rear of our clothing company, giving birth to our manufacturing department and the ability to wrap and house a variety of vehicles.

Our dedication to excellence in vehicle wraps was recognized in 2008 when we were awarded a Silver award in the nationally acclaimed Australian Sign awards. With well over 1000 vehicles on the road throughout Queensland, our expertise in vehicle branding speaks for itself.

In 2009, we purchased our current premises at 222 North Street, Toowoomba, allowing us to expand on over 1 acre and accommodate further growth. Today, ALE Clothing & Signs remains privately owned and managed, with 11 staff members who are dedicated to delivering quality products. Our technology-driven machinery, innovative graphic design, and passion for the industry set us apart from the rest.
