"I used the drive through via App ordering. The food came out in reasonable time. The burger and chips were the best ever I had in taste ( perfectly placed buns with proper sauce) and freshness."

"God awful service. I dont come here often, however the few times that I have been here my order has either been messed up or misunderstood. I understand that behind the scenes the employees must finalise orders within a certain time-frame to ensure fast service eitherwise they get penalised, but the faster they try to get through orders the more they seem to mess it up. It would be really nice to have someone actually listen to your order thoroughly and ensure everything is done correctly instead of rushing to get things over and done with. The amount of times that I have ordered "extra sauce" or "extra mayo" and I dont receive it because they weren't actually listening to my order is really infuriating. The last straw for me was when I had ordered nuggets and an iced-coffee, and the lady in the speaker misunderstood my order for a regular hot cappuccino. I tried to correct her but at that point she switched the speaker and was serving the other car beside me. I drove to the next window and politely corrected her, but due to the language barrier, I had to repeat myself four times. Then at the next window they only gave me the iced-coffee. I was so frustrated. I really wished they just took the time to actually listen when I first ordered instead of rushing me. This type of low-quality, rushed service happens to alot of people, and its become quite evident that the McDonalds cares more about being the fastest serving store in the state than actually caring about the quality of their service. I don't even like Red Rooster but at least they give you exactly what you've ordered even if it takes them 10minuites to complete your order. Ask anyone in the world which type of service they prefer, and they will almost always chose the latter."

"service was great. . relation to food. it's maccas. what do you expect. it all came out same time. was hot when I ate it. it did the job. custard pies are nice"
