At Manners 'n' More, we understand that owning a dog can be a life-changing experience, especially if you're new to it. Just like our client, who at 45 years old had never lived with a dog before, we know the challenges that come with it. That's why we are here to guide you every step of the way.
Our journey with our client began when they purchased a Cane Corso puppy named Nero. With Nero's potential size of 60kg and our client's lack of experience, they were determined to have a well-trained dog. That's when they chose Manners 'n' More and our team of experts led by Colleen.
However, what our client didn't realize was that training the human is just as important, if not more important, than training the dog. We started with Puppy Kindy, followed by one-on-one sessions, and gradually progressed to the next level of training. Colleen worked tirelessly with our client, building their confidence, teaching them new methods, techniques, and play tactics to create a harmonious bond with Nero.
Thanks to the dedication and guidance of the entire Manners 'n' More team, our client learned how to live life to the fullest with their furry companion in a safe and enjoyable way. Laughter and fun were always a part of the process.
Unfortunately, Nero crossed the Rainbow Bridge at only 8 months, leaving our client devastated. However, Colleen and the team continued to provide support during their difficult times. Witnessing our client's dedication and growth, we are proud to see how Manners 'n' More has grown as a business, fueled by our true dedication to dogs and their carers.
Now, two years later, our client has a new puppy named Conan and couldn't wait to return to Manners 'n' More. They wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for support, advice, and guidance during this crucial time in their new puppy's development and for the years to come.
Words cannot express the impact that Manners 'n' More and Nero have had on our client's life. They are eager to continue their journey with us and experience the transformative power of our training programs once again.
