"Had an interesting experience when CarPlay stopped working in the Baleno. It’s a rubbish car, felt like a tin of baked beans to drive - but at least the aircon worked well. But these things can happen when renting a car and it’s all about how a company deals with it. I called the airport to see if it could be done and had to stop in for them to have a look. The guy who helped us out was amazing - friendly, helpful and patient. The Baleno clearly wasn’t going to be fixed there and then, so he got us an upgrade for the remainder of the trip. Thank you! For the service we received I’d give 5 stars. The one missing star is for the tin of baked beans that seems to be half the fleet. Very much recommend not to get the basic basic option when hiring to avoid the Baleno."

"I would give less than 1 star if its available. That short hair lady at darwin airport who messed up with my credit card and took a pre auth over $1100 for something which I have not due to pay, she ended up saying that boys were entered the Km wrong in the system. I asked her if she wants the km which I had when I hired the car, with an attitude she said that latest Numbers should be fine.. she should have listen to me before start the billing. She billed me for 5760km for an extra. Had to go back to the airport again to collect my new receipt, but still didnt even say sorry for her mistake instead putting the blame on her other collegues. Be carefull with these people when its coming to billing as they took out my room rent money and now I have to wait untill I get the pre auth back."

"Friendly Customer Service offered by the the young lady at the Service Desk. Booking was made in Adelaide and was quickly actioned at the Darwin Airport. Sign the paperwork, view photos of the vehicle (they are emailed to you) and take the keys..... Simple! The Toyota Yaris was in immaculate condition, very clean with no odours inside. Unfortunately I did have quite a walk to pick it up."

"Great service, reasonable price. Collected keys from a locker at the airport and deposited them in the key return letterbox - easy. Also took out the full insurance cover so no need for a bond, full cover gave peace of mind and kept things easy. Will use again."
