Unfortunately, an accident resulted in the loss of four front upper teeth, leaving him distraught and in need of immediate dental attention.

This incident inspired us to dedicate our lives to minimizing the risk of dental injuries, particularly among young individuals. We recognized the limitations of traditional mouthguards, especially in cases where extensive orthodontic treatment was required. As a result, we developed individually crafted mouthguards using our brand name, Oral Armour Mouthguards, which requires no explanation - it's like seatbelts for teeth.

To ensure the highest quality and fit, we consulted with Dr. Brett Dorney, a renowned dentist with expertise in dental trauma and the leader of the dental team at the Sydney Olympic Games. With the use of German-made 'Erkodent' PVA mouthguard material, Oral Armour Mouthguards began to evolve.

Our mouthguards are designed to provide superior fit and comfort. The palate is exposed to aid with breathing and speech, and full occlusion with the lower teeth minimizes the risk of a broken jaw in case of serious trauma. We offer different styles to suit various ages and sports requirements.

For young athletes, we have our 'trainer' custom mouthguard, which helps establish good habits from an early age. This mouthguard is suitable for all sports, including bike riding and skating.

As athletes progress and become more serious about their sport, our triple-laminated Sports Mouthguard offers the best protection. This mouthguard is worn by our elite athletes and provides optimal safety during intense physical activity.

We also offer a Standard custom mouthguard, available in Rookie and Junior sizes, which provides two layers of protection. Additionally, our Sports Mouthguard series includes an extra layer that specifically protects the six front teeth, as seen in the photo.
