Have also lost one of my packages in transit. If too many more problems, i will have no choice but to cancel the service."

"Staff was a little rude upon my entry – without welcoming me, instantly questioned my absent mask (which I hold an exemption), and was a bit rude following letting her know. Quickly found my parcels though. Have picked up a few times over the past 18 months living in the area and generally haven't had many issues."
"It is great to have a post office on campus as the University is so far away from the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the gifts they stock, very unique and unusual. Thanks guys"
"Not opening on Saturday's makes parcels that need to be picked up hard, seen as my working hrs between Mon - Fri are 8 till 5.30 and I work over the other side of town. Also doesn't help that they rarely pick up the phone, when you try to get the parcel redirected. Doesn't help again, that when you do eventually get through, they send the parcel all the way back to Brisbane and back again, rather than running it about 2kms down to road to Westridge. Not impressed with this mob at all really."
