Our facility is equipped with FREE WEIGHTS, PIN WEIGHTS, KETTLEBELLS, DEADBALLS, SQUAT RACKS, and SUSPENSION TRAINING equipment, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comprehensive workout.
One of the unique features of Fine Tune Fitness Secret Harbour is our use of the MYZONE monitoring system. MYZONE provides real-time heart rate, calories, and effort data, both inside and outside the gym. This data is wirelessly uploaded to you and your trainer, allowing you to track your progress and set goals. In our gym, you can see your MYZONE heart rate data live on screens as you train, providing motivation and helping you boost your fitness levels.
We also use MYZONE for interactive in-house competitions, where members have the chance to win great prizes. MEPS (Myzone Effort Points) are earned based on the effort you put into your workout, regardless of your fitness level. This ensures that all members are rewarded for their individual effort and encourages a level playing field.

"This was once an awesome gym with a great atmosphere, something went stale along the way and slowly over time the environment changed and things felt more toxic every time you would walk throughthe door Felt like the owner lost his passion and he just seemed more and more like a passive aggressive and unreasonable person,to the point PT just became an anxious filled activity and it started having a negative impact on my fitness progression, sad really."
