"Staff always yapping to each other and ignoring customers waiting. Very rude and perfunctory, especially the older bloke with glasses, who I think is a floor supervisor. He hasn't changed in years his poor and perfunctory attitude to customers. Comes across as quite arrogant at times. He needs proper customer service training. His attitude is the weakest point of the store and it's staff. Definitely need better customer training. Prices are ok and selection ok. If Dan Murphy's was closer I'd prefer there, since they pay greater attention to customer service and the prices are often better. Typical Coles group shop, really this one."
"Got to the register to pay for my carton of Woodstock labeled at $69 When scanned came up at $78. So I complained and thought I would be entitled to the carton free due to their error. After speaking to the manager I was informed hat it was just because the ticket had been missed It was sold to me at $69 I would like to know why it is my fault that they hadn’t removed the ticket. Wonder how many other people were overcharged on this and possibly other items. Will not shop at this place again and suggest that you watch what they are charging you on items"
