"Dr. Saunders is one of Darwins best doctors. If you’re looking for the best medical treatment, then you’re going to the right place. If it wasn’t for the lovely staff at Arafura Oasis, I would be going to another practice. 10/10 for customer service and professionalism."
"I’ve been seeing Dr Ben Saunders for the past 12 months since relocating to Darwin. He has helped me with every aspect of my medical needs, from the physical to my mental health needs. It’s refreshing to see a Dr who doesn’t need google to diagnose you. He’s helped me though some tuff times and it’s fair to say without him I probably wouldn’t be here. Cannot rate him highly enough. Thanks Ben."
"Dr. Kara Britz told me I was faking my asthma even after being diagnosed and continually swore at me and accused me of lying comparing my acute asthma to her son's asthma. Unbelievable how she qualifies as a doctor"
"Worst customer service ever. If it wasn't for my regular doctor I wouldn't come here. Admin staff have no manners, can't even complete booking an appointment at the desk without them answering phones mid convo to take other bookings then forget what you are standing there in front of them to do. What an absolute mess with no process for front of house"
"My relative comes to make an appointment with the doctor for medical certificate. She wasn't good English so I speak in her stead. I said her husband recently passed away and she is in need of mental support, we need to make an appointment with a doctor. The reception staff didn't shows any sympathy, she just asked if we have made appointment with the doctor. I understand that they are fully booked but little sympathy for someone's experiencing a hard time will still identify your dignity."
