"Almost had an accident during emergency braking, so here I am at Janes.. The old rubbers were dead as doorknobs, as the boss pointed out. Came in to change 2 tyres, drove out with the whole set. They are always looking after my family, so I am not even shopping around. Service is excellent every bloody time, so way to go team! Just another happy customer. Got Dunlop Sport tyres. Smooth and quiet. Tested for braking.. no skids. Stopping distance is half in comparison, so it is recommended big time. Wheel alignment was done to the scratch with a report provided. Took less than an hour. Splendid! There is much more confidence on the road now. Big thanks to the team working on the 11. Aug. 2023. Massive respect. Ivan"

"I booked on for a wheel balance, 10 minutes after I dropped my car off, they called to let me know I needed to pick my car up because they didn't want to balance the wheels as my tires are 6 years old although they balanced them last year. 2 minutes after leaving, on my way home, my car is now not drivable and needed a tow truck home. I called them straight away to let them know but they didn't want much to do with it. Definitely won't be returning in the future, don't recommend them at all."
"Bob Jane T Mart in Port Kennedy has a very professional set up. Fully air conditioned premises, a well displayed show room, a spacious separate customer seating area with a modern cappuccino machine, refrigerated complimentary drinks (water, fizzy cans), and entertainment. I wanted a set of new alloy wheels fitted to my car, the pricing was good, fitment was fast and overall service and experience excellent. They emailed me a copy of my invoice as well for my records. Update, I have installed two new sets of tyres in the last 12 months on the Bob jane T Mart buy three and get one free, this is a seriously good deal, and the tyres are top quality. Bridgestone Potenzas."
