For years I've been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted with them becoming thinner and thinner. Given I am in my 60's this is somewhat expected... however after a visit with Shannon she has made them reappear! OMG I feel 10 years younger. "I have been left feeling ripped off and taken for a ride by this company and the staff, however not everyone will share the same experience, so I'm not going to write the ins and outs of my negative experiences with empire cosmetics and the staff as it is unnecessary, i will say however I simply found my experience here to be disheartening, the quality of paid service was and is abysmal and my lesson learnt was to shop around and not be so trusting. Other than that, overall the inside is very clean and tidy. Not disability friendly so that was an unexpected hurdle,would have been handy to know prior."
