"One staff member is quite blunt, throws out alot of technical talk (which didn’t help us as new pool owners) and unfortunately gave us incorrect information and advice regarding what we needed to do with our pool filtration system and water chemistry on more than one occasion, as we subsequently found out through other technicians.
