"You arent allowed to use the powerlifting/strongman equipment. Their direct debit system is a joke which takes them ages to rectify. They continue charging you when you cancelled your contract and accuse you of lying when they can clearly see you no longer used the gym and there is email proof of you canceling you membership. They are arrogant and only want your money. Should be called gold diggers not golds gym"

When I joined I was told and marketing material stated a minimum $80 commitment then when trying to cancel my membership was charged an additional $50. Would not recommend this gym plenty better out there"

"I’ve been going here for over 2 years now and can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been too! 10/10 in all areas! And they’re still expanding! After recently thinking about about checking out worlds gym mandurah and having an abundance of issues including bad service, incompetent staff and being unable to issue a simple refund when the staff at worlds are to blame for the mistake! It just makes me even more sure that golds mandurah is the gym I want to be at! With competent, friendly staff who are always happy to help! Not to mention an amazing crèche with wonderful women who really take the time to get to know your child and go above and beyond to help and care for your child."
