About the Business
Welcome to the Child & Parent Centre Dudley Park! Located on Kooljack Street in Dudley Park, Australia, our establishment is a point of interest and a park that offers a range of services and programs for families with children from birth to eight years of age.
At the Child & Parent Centre Dudley Park, we strive to support families in our community by providing tailored programs and workshops. Our services are made possible through the generosity of WA businesses, government, and individuals like you. If you are in a position to contribute, we greatly appreciate your support.
In partnership with Anglicare WA, the Child & Parent Centre Dudley Park is a State Government program specifically designed to cater to the needs of families with young children. Our aim is to ensure that both parents and children are prepared for school and equipped with the necessary skills for their developmental journey.
Within our center, you will find a friendly child health nurse and speech pathologist, who are available to provide assistance and guidance to families. We also offer the Triple P and other parent help programs, empowering parents to navigate the challenges of parenting effectively.
One of our regular programs is Rhyme Time, a language and reading program that introduces babies to the joy of nursery rhymes through singing songs, action rhymes, and sharing great books. It is a wonderful opportunity for parents and caregivers to bond with their little ones while fostering a love for language and literacy.
Child and Parent Centres are a State Government initiative that brings together various departments, including the Department of Education, Department of Health, Department of Local Government and Communities, Department of Child Protection, and Department of the Premier and Cabinet. This collaborative effort ensures that families in our community receive comprehensive support.
In addition to our services, Anglicare WA offers a wide range of support across Western Australia, with 74 service locations. We are committed to being there for families, no matter where they are.
At the Child & Parent Centre Dudley Park, we acknowledge and respect the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet. We pay tribute to their strength, cultural resilience, and the Elders, both past and present. We recognize their enduring connection to the land on which we live, work, and play. We also welcome and support the proposal of the Voice and accept the invitation made to us through the Uluru Statement of the Heart.
We are proud to showcase artwork by Hayley Thompson, a proud Noongar and Yuggera yorga, as a celebration of our cultural diversity and inclusivity.
Join us at the Child & Parent Centre Dudley Park and discover a supportive community that is dedicated to the well-being and growth of families and children.

"Tiz a great place to help my 2yr old socilize with other kids his age as he doesnt have much family his age to spend time with etc."
"Lovely centre, great outdoors and play area for kids. Fantastic parents resources and support."
"Children have plenty of toys to keep them occupied with a great range of toys and books. However my experience of going there twice for developmental checks, nurse was very patronizing and condescending, she done her best to belittle and make me feel inferior. I am a mum of four children and looked after many children, so fair to say Im pretty experienced. The nurse talked down to me on everything even my 3 year old got a dose and then she just wanted to go home. Then she wanted me to fill in a questioner about how I was feeling today. Well you can guess how that went down lol!"
"Jane, my midwife, is always lovely and always has time for you. She constantly invites us to come over for a chat and a cup of tea."
"Very nice, friendly and welcoming centre Went there to meet the nurse for my baby's check up and got invited to participate in a heap of different activities which are available for free for both parents and kids. Also, the centre was very clean and a great size. Only negative is parking. Have to park on the verge or in the streets nearby."
