"Well what can you say about Nick the computer tech. Firstly he is an absolute expert and has done possibly the best IT training a computer tech could ever have in a wide variety of platforms. He has patience, brains and dedication. Just a really nice guy. He's also like a dog with a bone and keeps going until he gets it sorted. We had some really interesting issues that others were not interested in assisting. Nick not only solved the issues but returned our units in a far better condition than we gave to him. He uses his initiative to work out the problems. So far we have recommended Nick to many other people and all have given him glowing commendations.
