"I have been going to cloud 9s for years and have always found staff friendly, helpful and kind, Mandurah store is the first time I've actually been irritated, the girl who served me was straight up rude, thought she was better then me and patronising. Won't be coming back here again. Apart from thaglt store is nice and what you generally want from a cloud 9 no issues there."
"Went into the shop and wanted to buy a few things but was disoriented as the shop had changed so i was a little unsure where things are. When asking for directions the staff were rude and obviously frustrated by something company related as I could hear them talking about internal issues. I get it if your having a bad day but dont bring my day down, usually happy vibes in there but i just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible."
"Went into Cloud 9 Mandurah today and was greeted by a really friendly chick called Cell her service was top notch and made me feel really welcome and even told me some history about a particular art piece on the wall behind the counter... which I highly advise any further patrons to pay closer attention too!
