"I just wanted to send feedback for one of your staff member's Aoife who assisted me last Thursday, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to me, when buying a pair of shoes,. She explained the difference in the brands you carry and the product I was searching for, and wrote the details of the two brands and explained the difference, pros and cons, she made my shopping experience very pleasurable and although you did not have my size she directed me to your online store, I rate her performance at 5 stars. "Went in today and usually the store is amazing but have notice since the main guy that works there has left the store has gone down hill and today was the worst I’ve ever seen it. Rubbish all over the floor, dust bunnies everywhere. There was a young man and lady (staff - he had a black tee with red writing and she had an olive green dress with a nose piercing) that were just chatting to eachother like they had no job to do, completely un-phased by the mess and customers around them. They stood there flirting for a good 20mins before the boy left to serve a customer at the counter. When he left all she did was go to the next worker (a girl who looked to be re-merching a table very slowly) and started chatting to her. The only one working was a young man (with an almost buzzcut like haircut) who was re organising the clothes and was the only one who stopped to ask if we needed a hand when we walked by. - on our was out we noticed two signs for position vacancies and all I can say is who ever the store manager and asm were before (I think one was a young man we would see there regularly and was always so kind and helpful) they really kept that store running well. It was alway a pleasure to shop there. But today was not the best reflection of what we’ve come to expect when shopping at universal store in Mandurah and we left absolutely horrified and without purchasing anything as we didn’t feel like spending much time or money after that experience. I hope you find good staff soon. And as for the young man that we no longer see in there anymore - please know he was worth his weight in gold. And from what we saw today, it really shows just how invaluable he was to you Store."

"Almost non existent inside dining.All the dining booths and benches gone.Great place to take kids fully fenced all sorts of climbing play things and a little train for rides. HOWEVER......... All outdoor unsheltered tables and seats. Umbrellas for summer use but absolutely no winter shelter . Went there Sunday, freezing windswept place. Food used to be good but hideous cold unsheltered outdoor dining. No thank you."

"I live 1500km away from this store and I needed a dress for an event ( very very last minute) and they have helped me so much !! Sorted what dress I needed and put it aside for me so my brother could pick it up for me. Thank you so much to the manager for helping me and the lovely staff for actually picking up the phone ahah !!! Excellent experience I will definitely be going there when I'm in Perth next."
