"A ring placed in a place for $119. I tried it on fitted and said I would buy it only to be told it was 400 and something $. I was led to believe if a product is placed in the incorrect place that said product should be sold at that price. Disgusted."
"I have gone into the store more then 10 times and each time I have been ignored by the workers and received disgusted looks. Today I had gone in and found a ring I had wanted to get but they said they didn’t have my size. My sister is an ex worker from Michael Hill and had asked if she was able to contact other stores to see if they had my size as they are told to do. The workers response was a simple no and didn’t even bother to have one look. Overall disappointed with how my visits were and how I was ignored and turned away from by the workers. Guess I’m off to a new jewellery shop."
