Had to pay another company high rate to come out as it was urgent to get my property ready for airbnb guests. When they did call me on Monday I asked for a refund of my $100 deposit. It has now been been 30 days since I was debited and still no refund. Very unhappy. Why should I have to call and ask again for a refund this should just be automatic given no service was provided. Fed up with businesses like this who think they can get away with theft."

In my case I had a guy called George out to install my pool light from poolwerx and he gave me a 100% effort into my installation. No fast expensive shonky work at all. Thank you poolwerx. There staff are true professionals in what they do,I've owned the house for 10 years and had countless pool guys in..none have ever taught me the wealth of knowledge these guys have,George in particular has been amazing and a true asset to the company.
