"Wasn’t happy with the service here. Could rarely get in contact with them, making it hard when on holidays. When dropping off my cat I had a bag full of things that they said I could bring, such a toys from home and special foods but was denied when I arrived. Dropping pets off can cause anxieties for some and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my cat here."
