"POOR! DISGUSTING! DISAPPOINTING! Would Not Recommend! Flowers and a message card were arranged for the passing of a family member in hospital who was under palliative care after being transferred from the comfort of her own home. A Lovely Caring lady of 96 years of age. Her son did not receive the message card with the flowers who was waiting by her side. This caused great confusion to all family members & everyone at her hospital bed. During the ordering process we were very specific about the message and the message was read back for confirmation from the florist. We were told that the florist would contact us once the delivery had occurred, this did not happen. Some days later upon investigating with the florist the florists response was that the message was sent however the hospital took away the message and quote “ Because she came from a correctional facility”. The florist produced a totally unfounded & extremely hurtful statement. In particularly at such a time of grief, mourning and stress. Over several days and attempts to speak with the owners they have avoided us and passed on responsibility to a young staff member who wasn’t the one that took the order and wasn’t confident or experienced in dealing with the matter. Clearly we won’t be using or recommending this florist again."

"Ordered online at night pick up it around 1030 the next day with no issues, just gave them a head up on the phone that i wanted to pick up before 11 and they had no problems with that and the lady was very friendly. the only problem is the website is very weird and dodgy."

"Mom ordered me flowers from overseas. As it was public holiday on 22nd and they didn’t deliver that day, they asked my mom if she wants them delivered on 23rd. Pretty logical if it’s closed one day, she of course wants them delivered next available day. Finally, week later, delivery guy calls me up at 3pm that he’s outside of the house with flowers. 3pm and work day.. big chance no one is at home. Understand that it’s not their responsibility if no one’s at home but Would be reasonable to call at least 30min or 1hr prior to make sure delivery ends up inside, specially with Darwin’s climate. Appreciate the chocolates as an apology! But again, leaving these outside in Darwin.. not good."
