"Engaged the services of Clarke and Gee to do an Interlocutory Application, just before Court told Judge would never accept it, even though Judge told me to get a Solicitor to do it for me. Told to do something I did not want to do which had disastrous effects on my future. New Action Solicitor had 14 days to file an amended SOC and took 7 weeks, then allowed the other side an extension of time against my instructions, again this had a further disastrous effect on my matter. Then failed to advise me of a court hearing, apparently turned up unprepared. I was then not happy so he quit? All without giving the appropriate amount of notice. Clarke and Gee Cost me and ruined my life. Unprofessional. FRED LESTER the Lawyer that I engaged has come before the Legal Profession Board of Tasmania and Court. His license to practice law revoked! I LOST A VERY LARGE AMOUNT BECAUSE OF CLARKE AND GEE AND FRED LESTER! And they even refused to pay any monies already paid for 'DISGUSTING SERVICES' AVOID this firm like the plague!"
