"I wanted my curtains cleaned but not dry cleaned. Abbott did a brilliant job and did exactly what I requested, Glenn collected the curtains, he took them down having first photographed them in situ. I got the first 2 rooms back in 2 days. Fantastic service. Glenn hung them up again, they looked great - no creases at all and all marks (there were a few) removed. My curtains had linings that hung off the hooks. All of this was fine. My third room was done a few weeks later as I was not going to hang them up again (new window coverings). I requested the curtains be folded carefully and wrapped in polythene to be stored. I got exactly that. Communication was extremely good, service efficient and expert. I am very pleased and would recommend this service. My curtains were full length heavy cotton/linen mix and the linings were polyester."
