"Long time review coming. So I have to say a big thank you to Carol and David on the pool that so many told me could not be done with what we wanted and how we wanted it. The start was great. Carol came to us to discuss the different options and how we could look into it. She came back with a couple of designs and plans that could suit the space. We had options of concrete or fibre glass but after intensive research we ended up with a concrete pool. She then made the time to come down and see me at work as i couldn't get away at the time and helped me with colours and style and we finalised the price. Now for the interesting part. I ask around with builders, real estate agents and google and the amount of companies that didn't get back to me or did and then communication trailed off was staggering, and when they did say a quote is coming they either didn't ever send it or decided too hard basket. One of my mates had a similar experience and decided to go with Garden City Pools using the fibre glass pool and there pool is stunning as well so doesn't matter which way you go. The build went smoothly and David arranged for me to see different stages and kept me in the loop the whole way. When we did have hiccups David also just made them work as he is all about service and quality. His staff were professional and helpful and the training after the job was done was exceptional. Even 3 months after getting the pool they are still happy to answer questions and without fail they got back to me. VERY HAPPY!!! and the 5 stars are worth it for these guys."
